This notice explains how Barbiere del Quartiere handles the personal data of people who book online or contact us, under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

What we collect
Name and phone number (required to book), email (optional, for confirmations and reminders), chosen services, date and time of the appointment, language, and any missed appointments without notice. To protect the form from bots we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical browser data.
Why we use it
To manage your booking, send confirmations and reminders, let you move or cancel your appointment, and keep a history of your visits. We do not do marketing and we do not sell your data.
Legal basis
Providing the service you ask for (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and our legitimate interest in managing the schedule and preventing missed appointments (Art. 6.1.f).
How long we keep it
We keep your data while you are a client. After 24 months without visits it is anonymised automatically. Accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Who processes it for us
Technical providers that host the site and database or send emails (Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Cloudflare), appointed as data processors. Some may process data outside the EU with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, by writing to info@barbieredelquartiere.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
Cookies
The site uses no profiling cookies and no analytics. Your browser remembers your name and phone on your device to prefill your next booking: you can clear them in your browser settings. The Google map loads only if you choose to open it.
